Between the two of us, we’ve spent over 25 years studying, working, hiring, and leading teams across India, the UK, the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. We’ve sat on both sides of the table, as students trying to find our path and later as professionals assessing, mentoring, and shaping the careers of others.
